Title: From Food Battles to Food Flexibility: A 9-Week Evidence-Informed Program

  • The Target: Adolescents (ages 12–17) and their Caregivers.
  • The Strategy: A unique "Split & Shared" format where teens learn CBT-AR skills with Dr. Rosen while parents learn SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) strategies with Dr. Valerie Scelsa.

Specialized recovery tracks

  • Track A: Adolescent & Family Recovery (Under 18)
  • Primary Tool: Family-Based Treatment (FBT). We empower parents to take an active role in their child's recovery, focusing on weight restoration and health within the home system.
  • Track B: Young Adult "Launch" & Adult Recovery (18+)
  • Primary Tool: CBT-E (Enhanced CBT). Led by Dr. Heather Rosen, this track focuses on the unique challenges of the 18–26 "Launch" phase—navigating recovery while at college, starting a career, or living independently.
